Let’s go through Incheon Airport’s ✈ list of 2022 national autumn festivals 🎇 worth checking out! 😎

Yeouido Seoul International Fireworks Festival Returns With a Bang after Three Years

The first place to visit takes place in Seoul. We’re talking about the Seoul International Fireworks Festival🎇! Due to the pandemic, the festival didn’t take place for the past two years, but is now finally returning with a bang! On October 8th, from Mapo Bridge to the Hangang Railroad Bridge, Yeouido Hangang Park will be the backdrop of a spectacular fireworks show.

The Seoul International Fireworks Festival started up in 2000 and is now one of the top three fireworks festivals in Korea, alongside the Pohang Fireworks Festival and the Busan Fireworks Festival. This year, the festival was planned with the countries of Japan and Italy! On top of that, this year’s fireworks festival will be even more special because there will be messages of “comfort” and “support” for the public who may be feeling exhausted from the daily grind during the COVID-19 pandemic. Just thinking about beautiful fireworks lighting up the autumn sky is enough to lift our spirits! 😍

Here are a couple of tips! If you rent a nearby hotel room or get tickets for a cruise ship, you’ll be able to avoid the crowds and comfortably enjoy the festival. Also, if you want to capture some amazing photos, we recommend taking them from the Ichon district opposite of Yeouido on the Han River. Find the spot perfect for you to soak in and enjoy the Seoul International Fireworks Festival! 🎇
