Incheon Airport opens realistic content media exhibition hall, VIVID SPACE!

VIVID SPACE at Incheon Airport is an exhibition hall that specializes in realistic media content. Realistic content utilizes advanced technologies such as visual special effects, VR, AR, and holograms. 😎 It’s a spectacle for all five of your senses that is so realistic that you can’t help but get immersed into the works.

If you have experienced the huge media art at the National Museum of Korea, you will be more familiar with realistic content. You can now see similar works at Incheon Airport!

VIVID SPACE at Incheon Airport, which covers almost 400 square meters, is located at Incheon Airport Passenger Terminal 1, Transportation Center. If it’s been awhile since you’ve visited Incheon Airport, this is where the CGV theatre used to be. Even if it’s not for travel purposes, you’re welcome to visit the departure hall which is filled with other special things to see and enjoy. This is all a part of Incheon Airport’s efforts to provide excellent cultural contents of Korea to local residents as well as domestic and foreign passengers who visit Incheon Airport. 👍

Sneak peek of realistic content exhibits featured in Incheon Airport’s VIVID SPACE 🔍

VIVID SPACE at Incheon Airport is made up of three different spaces. 🎫 It consists of SPACE 1, which focuses on immersive content, SPACE 2, featuring experiential content exhibitions, and finally, the K-Content Promotion Hall, which promotes various contents unique to Korea.

VIVID SPACE, where Korea’s top realistic content exhibits are gathered in one place! There are even one-of-a-kind works that can only be seen at Incheon Airport. Twilight and Dream Flight are the main characters of these exhibits. Twilight features media art content that shows off waves at a beach right at sunset. If you stand in the middle of this piece, you’ll be transported to the winter East Sea. The sound of the waves will be sure to soothe your mind. 🌊

Dream Flight is an exhibit displayed in SPACE 2, the experiential space. It features a scene where a plane, painted by actual visitors, is seen taking off and landing on the airport runway. 🛫 It’s surreal to see an airplane that you helped paint realized in a media art! It’s quite the sight to see in real life, so we recommend you check it out!

VIVID SPACE is the first project carried out through a business agreement with the Korea Creative Content Agency. Incheon Airport will continue to grow as a K-culture platform through continuous cooperation with the Korea Creative Content Agency. We ask for your support!
